My customer wants a refund. What do I have to do?
Go to the Atome Staging merchant-center platform.
Fill in Username & Password > Login.

Refund procedure for paid purchases
1. Select the payment menu.
2. Transaction Status Select All or Confirmed.
3. Transaction Type Select All or Refund.
4. Order ID on the E-commerce platform can copy the store number at all. but must specify the name of the store
– For example, INC000200 must be searched at Atome, set to sadday_INC000200.
– Or you can Selected Orders at the transaction ID according to information number 5.

1. Fill in the order number and specify storeId > search.
2. Click on Transaction ID.

After clicking on the transaction number The system will display the details of the transaction
you wish to refund > Click on the Refund button.
After clicking on the Refund button, enter the refund amount > Confirm.

Confirm the refund amount has been completed. You can check your refund history.
**Note: Pressing refund at Atome status orders at inCart E-commerce Platform
will not be changed to Status : Refund immediately.
Since in Atome you can specify the amount via the inCart system, it’s a Partail refund.
which at present inCart does not support Partail refund (partial refund)
When the job has been returned through Atome successfully. Therefore, it is necessary to change the status of the refunded order at inCart as well.
1. Go to our store > select the refunded order at Atome > cancel the order.
